Lee Roadrunners

Lee Live, our annual spring fundraiser, will be held on 6:30PM Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Soundcheck (700 West Avenue) a private venue in downtown.

This year’s theme event is The Roaring 20’s.  Plan for an spectacular evening of live music and decadent food.  Lee Live is a yearly sold out event attended by current, future and past parents and Lee community supporters. Our attendees enjoy food, cocktails, peruse the silent auction, and bid on exciting live auction items during this wonderful annual community celebration.

Lee Live is a major fundraiser for Russell Lee Elementary.  Funds are used to support much needed services that ALL of our students need to achieve academic success such as Math and Reading Specialists, classroom supplies, a full time Assistant Principal, and enrichment programs for students that encourage creativity, problem solving, critical thinking and other power skills needed for this 21st Century.

This website allows you to purchase tickets, beverage cups, and sponsorship.  This site will also be used for our mobile biding for our silent auction during and after the event.

We are currently soliciting businesses and our parents for items they would like to contribute to our auction. It can be a gift card, a service, handmade items, gift baskets, tickets to an event, or you can be creative with what you want to donate. We can pretty much incorporate anything that is provided to us and even if it is small, we can combine it with other items to create a basket. It can even be  that gift you received over the holidays or for your birthday and you just don’t know what to do with it!! Just regift it and donate it to Lee!! We would love to take it off your hands! If you have an item you want to donate, please visit bit.ly/LeeLive2020  and it will lead you to a form to fill out about your item. 

We are also looking for volunteers to help with the event. We have several areas that need help such as decorating day of the event, check in and check out, setting up the silent auction, picking up auction items, clean up the day after, etc. If you would like to help out, please email us at LeeLive@RussellleePTA.org. Volunteering for 2 hours is also a way to get a free Lee Live ticket! Lee Live is our largest fundraiser that supports so many vital programs at Lee and we can’t pull it off without the help from you!
